Payments

Streamify provides fully integrated online payment processing. You can accept recurring subscriptions, one-time purchases, and pay-per-view access.

Subscription plans

Create tiered subscription plans from the Pricing section of your dashboard. Each plan has:

• Name and description — displayed on your pricing page
• Price — monthly or annual billing
• Currency — set per account (inherited from your settings)
• Features — bullet points shown to viewers during checkout
• Content access — which categories or specific videos are included

Checkout flow

When a viewer upgrades or subscribes:

1. They click a pricing plan on your website
2. A secure checkout overlay appears with your branding
3. Payment details are collected and tokenized (never stored on Streamify servers)
4. On success, the viewer's subscription activates immediately

Invoices and billing

Streamify generates EU-compliant invoices automatically. Each invoice includes:

• Sequential invoice number
• VAT/tax calculation based on the viewer's location
• Your company's legal name and VAT ID (configured in Company settings)
• Itemized line items

Invoices are sent by email and available in the viewer's account portal.

Webhooks

Streamify fires webhook events for all payment lifecycle events:

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds can be initiated from the Transactions section of your dashboard. Streamify supports full and partial refunds. Cancellation can be immediate or at period end.
